Hi,

I'm new here and can't really say something about this language. What I like is the very good documentation of the source code. This is the first time I saw documentation at all with source code like this. Other source code I've see was only 'commented' in the code and ommitted good background documentation.

I found this site in my search over the net about the topic "basic and scripting". I'm looking for information to write my own "scripting language" or want at least to use a 'ready' basic like compiler/interpreter.

So when I have time (I have so little) I study the C-code.

Welcome !

We are looking for good C programmers to help support / extend ScriptBasic. If you have time to contribute, it would be appreciated by all.

Hi John,

C is not not my native language .  Cheesy

It has been a while ago I really programmed in C. Yes, I followed a C course back in 1988 and used it quite a while. But now I can only 'read' it to translate C API's for VBA and Xbasic. Besides this I have very little time at the moment, I'm working on an Office project written in VBA. However, the project could use a kind of scripting language not being VBA (macro).
