Peter (author) has documentation on the http://www.scriptbasic.com site for embedding the language into your own application.  If you don't find what your looking for, please repost.

Hello,

  Where are the COMMAND_ function defined in syntax.c defined? I'm
getting undefined reference to COMMAND_*.

these functions are defined in the .c files in the directory 'source/commands'.
