/usr/scr sudo tar -xvf SB_2.1_RC1_Linux.tar.gz
/usr/scr/scriptbasic/sudo perl convert.pl
/usr/scr/scriptbasic/sudo ./setup
/usr/scr/scriptbasic/sudo ./setup --install

Ron,

You may be the first to compile ScriptBasic for the Intel Atom processor.

Were you able to get any of the extension modules to compile as well?

My Experimental PC is an Asus EeePC 701, one of the first with the least hardware. Yes, the compile completed without error. I had to first satisfy all dependencies. zlibx1g Libpng12-0 Libgd2-nxpm Libgd-gd2-perl ncurses

For japi,  Libx11-dev xorg openjdk-6-jre xauth (because I'm running ubuntu server with no GUI)

Today I'm removing all scriptbasic from this machine and then trying a compile and install from a usb memory stick.
